In a recent interview with the media, the showrunner, Danielle King, discussed the subject and said that having him on the show wasn’t Kim’s idea.

In an interview with the media, King argued that Davidson’s continued appearance on the show depends on him and Kardashian, who have the final say. Regarding the comedian’s omission from the premiere season, she said, “Kim never tried to persuade Pete. It’s always up to the significant other, or the peripheral person that they’re dealing with. If they wanna join in on the fun, more power to them. We’re happy to cover that.“

After becoming Instagram official and appearing together on the red carpet, the couple, who started dating last year, made their relationship known earlier this year. In one episode of The Kardashians, the actress told how she and Davidson met and that she was the one who reached out first.
