
‘The Witch 2’: Korean thriller, will be released in North America (Credits: Google)
- The Witch 2: The Other One will be released in North America on June 17th.
- The sequel to The Witch: Subversion made just under $25 million in South Korea in 2018.
- Well Go USA Entertainment have acquired the rights for multi-territory distribution.
The Witch 2 stars newbie Si-ah as a strange girl who emerges as the single survivor of a deadly attack on the top-secret research centre behind the covert Witch Program, directed by Park Hoon-jung (New World, The Witch: Subversion). She is promptly saved by a couple that recognises the seriousness of the situation. The lives of all three are in great danger as the assassins entrusted with finding and silencing the girl get closer.
