Trevor Noah could be the next host of the megahit talk show The Late Late Show after James Corden departs after an eight-year run
According to An International Magazine, the comedian is the most likely replacement for Corden, who turned down a multi-million dollar contract extension to continue his famed gig.
According to the outlet, the producers are considering changing the show’s regular format and bringing in new talent.

According to the publication, CBS’ preferred choice to replace the 43-year-old is the 38-year-old comedian.
“Most of the crew found out the day before everyone else that James was leaving, and everyone will be sad to see him go,” a source told the outlet when Corden departed the show.
“The main name floating around behind the scenes at the moment is Trevor Noah, he’d be perfect and has more than enough experience,” the insider added.
