Tyler Sanders recently appeared in a 2022 episode of FOX’s 9-1-1: Lone Star as Brian. He used Instagram to post behind-the-scenes photos from his days on set, including a lovely selfie with cast member Rob Lowe, ahead of his debut. He posted on April 20, “Had a great time working on 9-1-1 lone star!”

Sanders also enjoyed travelling and working out while he wasn’t shooting. He recently went white water rafting with his family in Vail, Colorado. In fact, he revealed the results of his fitness regimen in November, showing off his new abs in a shirtless photo.

“One year ago today,” he wrote on Nov. 19. “I decided to start taking fitness seriously. Even on dates that I didn’t want to. I stuck with it. I trained hard and I ate right.”

Sanders received a Daytime Emmy nomination for his role in Just Add Magic: Mystery City.
