Kim Kardashian shows support for rapper Gunna as he remains jailed
Kim Kardashian has shown support for rapper Gunna, who is now in jail due to an ongoing racketeering investigation.
In an 88-page indictment filed in Georgia’s Fulton County earlier this year, Gunna is one of more than two dozen defendants accused of the crimes.
Rapper Young Thug, real name Jeffery Williams, who is suspected of creating Young Slime Life, a violent street gang that goes by the abbreviation YSL and is linked to the international Bloods group, was also charged.
Kardashian demanded Gunna’s release in a tweet sent on Thursday (21 July), making reference to his widely popular Pushin P movement.
She added “Free P” with the hashtag “#FreeGunna.”

The letter “P” in Pushin P refers for “player,” as Gunna clarified earlier this year on an episode of The Breakfast Club.
Pushing P, which is typically a favourable phrase, basically means to “keep things real.” He tweeted, “Being Loyal Is Definitely P.”
On the same day that a judge in Atlanta refused Gunna’s release, Kardashian posted.
Last month, Gunna made a fresh statement regarding the upcoming racketeering case against him in the form of a letter.
Despite this challenging circumstance, 2022 has been one of the best years of my life, Gunna stated. “This year, the entire globe was urging P.
To express to God my gratitude for my gift, my art, my life, and the ability to support my loved ones, I laboured every day, he wrote. “I don’t have my freedom right now. But I’m not guilty.
The rapper, whose real name is Sergio Kitchens, asserted his innocence and characterised the portrayal of him as “ugly and false.”
“I don’t have my freedom right now. But I’m not guilty. His post read, “I am being falsely accused and will never give up trying to clear my reputation!
With his album DS4Ever this year, Gunna, who is signed to Thug’s YSL record company, achieved his second No. 1 ranking on the Billboard 200 album chart.
According to the 29-year-old rapper’s message, he is from a “marginalised neighbourhood” and never imagined that his art would transform both his and his loved ones’ lives.
The message read, “I used my art form, my gift from God, to transform my circumstances.”
The speaker said, “Nothing will stop me from pursuing my dreams, and I won’t stop being a good person, even if some anonymous accusers want the world to view me as a nasty person.
