The Korean Business Research Institute presented a list of the finest K-pop singers this month, as reported on August 27.
According to Soompi’s statistics, Blackpink surpassed BTS to take the top spot for August, raising her score by 213.47 points from July.
BTS, on the other hand, came in second position and boosted their score by only 38.84% since last month.
Singer Lim Young Woong, on the other side, came in third place.
With an improving mark of 81.64%, IVE remained in fourth place for August, and IU remained in the top five of the list.
According to the institution, the result was calculated after collecting huge data from July 27 to August 27 based on media coverage, public contact, communication, and community awareness indices.
