The Fifty Shades of Grey actress, who revealed to Vanity Fair in June that she tours with Coldplay while not working, has previously had fun while showing support for her longstanding love. Chris made a rare onstage declaration of love for Dakota at a 2021 concert in London. “This is about my universe, and she’s here,” he addressed the throng.

Chris has helped Dakota as well; he paid her a visit in July while she was filming the superhero flick Madame Web in Massachusetts.

The band’s performance in Buenos Aires, which came after a tour break brought on by Chris’ recent sickness, was Coldplay’s tenth and final performance in the city in 2022. According to the band’s website, the vocalist contracted a “severe lung illness” in October and was “placed under strict doctor’s orders to rest” for three weeks. As a result, the band postponed numerous gigs in Brazil until early 2023.

Chris and Dakota have been dating for about five years and live together in Malibu, Calif.

“We’ve been together for quite a while,” Dakota told in 2021. “And we go out sometimes, but we both work so much that it’s nice to be at home and be cozy and private. Most of the partying take place inside my house.”
