During a walkabout in the seaside town of Scarborough on Thursday, the Prince and Princess of Wales met royal fans. A woman in line to meet the 40-year-old princess told her that she had given up a little bit to meet her.

The woman was overheard telling the future queen that she skipped her hair appointment so she could see her while she was in town.

Kate reassured the woman and said, “Oh, I’m sorry. “It looks great anyway.” In a video shared by the Daily Mail, the mother of three was seen greeting the people who came to wish her well.

The Duchess of Cornwall and Cambridge wore a camel midi dress and a matching coat when she went out. She finished off her outfit with a handbag in the same colour as her shoes and a Boden belt.
