Harvey Weinstein was guilty of rape and sexual assault. it also  says he faces 24 years if convicted. In 2013, a model and actress accused the former producer of three assaults.

Variety reported Jane Doe #1 welcomed the prosecution “2013’s Harvey Weinstein broke me. Weinstein’s lawyers tortured me in court, but I finished. Never release Weinstein.” Jane Doe #3, a disgraced producer, was cleared of sexual assault. Three victims accused Weinstein of two forced rapes, two sexual assaults while confined, two forced oral copulations, and one foreign object penetration. Producer’s lawyer is quiet. It’s not due yet.

First to speak was Jane Doe 1. The plaintiff testified in court during a three-day period in November that Weinstein had molested her in Los Angeles. Jennifer Siebel Newsom: “Weinstein’s lawyers threatened and mocked the survivors. The trial demonstrated people must change.” Siebel Newsom said Weinstein attacked her in 2005. Weinstein was jailed.
