‘I Have Uniforms’ Kim Kardashian says her employees intentionally

• The creator of SKIMS acknowledged there is a clothing code for her staff on Monday’s episode.

 Kardashian, 42, responded, “Absolutely. I wear clothes.”

Noting that her staff members receive a “”Grays, heather grey, black, navy, white, cream, khaki… I mean, we can stick with all neutrals,” the reality star said, citing the handbook. There isn’t much color blocking.”

The former member of the Kardashian family revealed that before enforcing the clothing code, she had a conversation with her staff to get their thoughts.

She explained to the radio presenter, “My house is so zen, so I asked how everyone felt about it, and everyone actually answered, “That would make our life so easy.” I was like, “Yes, let’s do this,” if everyone agreed that it would be easier for them.

She joked, “I should have a free-dress day on their birthdays or something.”

Kardashian revealed to hosts Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest that her children have strong views about her monochromatic home during an interview on Live with Kelly and Ryan in April.

While Seacrest, 48, praised her for handling life’s challenges with grace, Kardashian, who has children with ex-Kanye West including sons Saint, 7, and Psalm, 3, and daughters North, 9, and Chicago, 4, explained to the morning TV hosts that her home is intentionally “monochromatic and minimalist” for this reason.

“The going is tougher. The going is very tougher. But occasionally, you’re left with no choice “At the moment, she remarked. “That’s why my home needs to be incredibly zen since life outside this house is not zen as soon as I step outside,” the speaker said.

According to Kardashian, her children’s rooms and playroom are “crazy” since they are all free to pick any eccentric hue they like. But the rest of the house needs to adhere to a basic design.

She jokingly said, “My kids definitely hate me,” adding that when North got furious, she’d come back with snarky remarks about the house. “Such as when North remarks, “Your house is so awful! It’s all simple and white! She believes that it actually affects me. It’s also your house, I say.”

While Ripa, 52, and Seacrest praised the Kardashians star’s home and colour scheme, referring to it as “a creamy fantasy,” Ripa was uneasy about it.
