Apparently, an agreement has been reached between Maralee Nichols and Tristan Thompson.

Although the case remains sealed, several outlets reported on Dec. 16 that the NBA player and Maralee had reached a child support agreement for their son Theo, who is 12 months old.

According to Entertainment Tonight, the terms of the agreement include that Tristan will give Maralee sole custody and pay $9,500 in child support each month.

According to the source, he would also contribute to Maralee’s legal expenses. A visiting plan will be decided upon later. The specifics of the deal were also reported by TMZ.

Maralee and Tristan’s representatives were contacted for comment, but no response was received.

Their agreement on child support was reached roughly a year after Maralee gave birth to Theo on December 1, 2021. According to court documents acquired by E! News, the model sued the NBA player in Los Angeles in June 2021 before their son was born. She claimed to have been pregnant with Tristan’s child in March of that same year.

The drama, however, was far from ended.

According to records obtained by The Daily Mail, Tristan acknowledged having sex with Maralee on his birthday in March 2021 in a declaration he wrote in August in response to her lawsuit from June.

Theo was born in March 2021, but Tristin and his ex Khloe Kardashian were secretly engaged at the time and had a baby through surrogate delivery in November

Tristan did take a paternity test, and when results showed he was the father, the 31-year-old issued a public apology to Khloe.

“Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols,” he wrote on his Instagram Story Jan. 3. “I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son. I sincerely apologize to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately. Khloe, you don’t deserve this.”

Following his public statement, a rep for Maralee weighed in on the results.

“There was never any doubt that Tristan Thompson was the father of Maralee Nichols’ baby,” the rep said in a statement to E! News Jan. 4. “Tristan made numerous false and defamatory statements and declarations about Maralee over the past few months, and she is taking his contrite statement today in the context of all of those statements.”

Tristan and Khloe finally had their son via surrogacy in July 2022. Along with his ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig, Prince, 5, and True, 4, are his children.

Their boy was conceived “before it was announced to Khloe and the public that Tristan was having a baby with someone else in December,” a source close to Khloe claimed to E! News in July. The insider further stated that they had not spoken about anything other than co-parenting issues.

But he was pictured with Khloe and True at the Kardashians’ Halloween party in October, and he spent Thanksgiving with Kim Kardashian by touring a California juvenile correctional facility.
