Meghan Markle described her engagement interview in the Netflix documentary “Meghan & Harry” as an “orchestrated reality show.”

She stated in the third episode of the documentary, “It was rehearsed. So we did the thing out with the press and then we went right inside, took the coat off, sat down, and did the interview.”

Harry and Meghan stated that the royal family forbade them from sharing their story.

The episode also features King Charles, Camilla, and Kate Middleton, who all expressed their delight at the engagement of Harry and Meghan.

Prince Harry stated that the British public and his family were pleased with his wedding to Meghan.

Meghan Markle also discussed her father, Thomas Markle, and half-sister, Samantha Markle.

She stated that she learned from the media that her father would not be attending her wedding and implied that Thomas Markle had lied to her about not speaking to the press.

She stated that she had heard that her father gave money to the British media in exchange for photographs.

Prince Harry blamed himself in the documentary for what transpired between Meghan and her father.

He stated that Meghan would have retained her father if she had not wed him.

In the third episode, Meghan’s niece Ashleigh Hale, the daughter of Samantha Markle, also appears.

Her mother, Ashleigh Hale, who has a close relationship with Meghan, was not invited to the Duchess’ wedding.
