Ryan Seacrest reveals holiday plans

Beyond the presents, Christmas Eve (Seacrest’s birthday) and Christmas Day are “all about fun, fondue, and paella” with his family.

He claims that the food is everything. “We’re attempting a cheese fondue this year, which is novel. We’re going to start with a cheese fondue and then move on to our usual meat fondue. After that, I’ll need to consume bone broth for five days in order to fit into my tux.”

Finding activities outside of work was Seacrest’s ambition for 2022, as he stated to PEOPLE in 2021. Now that the year is through, he believes he has “done that” with success.

He explains, “I’m attempting to learn how to produce wine and olive oil, which is so much fun. I’m trying to learn how to manufacture organic wines and olive oil after finding a vineyard and an olive orchard.

“To try and find better balance in life so that I can have time to pursue the hobbies,” says Seacrest of his objective for 2023.
