‘Superman & Lois’ &’Gotham Knights’ sets date for Premiere

• CW has announced premiere dates for Superman & Lois and Gotham Knights.

The CW has announced the premiere dates for the third season of ‘Superman & Lois’ and the brand-new series ‘Gotham Knights‘, making Tuesdays the day for superheroes.

The premiere of Superman & Lois is scheduled for March 14 at 8 p.m. ET. The same day at 9 p.m., Gotham Knights will come on.

After Superman has defeated Ally Aston in the Season 2 finale, Superman & Lois will pick up a few weeks later. The couple who now work together at the Smallville Gazette, Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) and Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch), enjoy living in their small town.

They still struggle with carrying the weight of Clark’s secret despite this idyllic respite. And because a superhero’s work is never truly done, Lois, Clark, and their family are now in danger from a new adversary in town. While Jonathan (Michael Bishop) looks for a new goal, Jordan (Alex Garfin) discovers what it means to have a superhero identity.

The show follows the Kent family as they settle in the sleepy town of Smallville and struggle to find a stable work/life/superhero balance. The series first aired in 2021 and stars Clark, Lois, and their sons Jordan and Jonathan. Jordan Elsass’ departure after Season 2 results in a significant cast change for Season 3 with the addition of Bishop.

Emmanuelle Chriqui, Inde Navarette, Erik Valdez, Wolé Parks, Tayler Buck, and Sofia Hasmik are among the additional returning cast members. The show’s main antagonist for Season 3 is Chad L. Coleman.

The television show Gotham Knights (not to be confused with the video game of the same name) transports viewers back to Gotham, where the city has fallen into disarray as a result of Bruce Wayne’s death and where his adopted son is one of the suspects in the crime.

He teams up with the other suspects—all of whom are the offspring of Batman’s worst foes—in an effort to clear his name. Oscar Morgan, Tyler DiChiaria, Fallon Smythe, Olivia Rose Keegan, Navia Robinson, Anna Lore, and Rahart Adams are the show’s main cast members.

Misha Collins, best known for playing Harvey Dent on Supernatural, also appears as Harvey Dent. Chad Fiveash, Natalie Abrams, and James Stoteraux, who previously worked on Batwoman, serve as writers and executive producers. David Madden, Sarah Schechter, and Greg Berlanti serve as executive producers. The producer is Warner Bros. Television.

After The Flash returns for its final season in February, both series’ arrival dates mark the end of superhero shows on The CW.

There is currently no information available regarding whether the network plans to renew either Gotham Knights or Superman & Lois for additional seasons, despite the network having experienced numerous cancellations for many of their series, including their previous superhero shows.

Additionally, no release date has been set by the network for the venerable show Riverdale.
