On Saturday, Anushka Sharma posted a fresh image of herself performing yoga. In the image, which looks to be from Vamika’s room, the actor, who has a two-year-old daughter named Vamika Kohli with cricketer-husband Virat Kohli, was seen in a yoga stance. “Perspective,” the actor commented below the image. Anushka embellished her caption with a few face-in-the-air emojis. She included a hashtag for her yoga teacher in the Instagram image.

Anushka Sharma always finds time for a disciplined workout routine in between taking care of her young children and attending to her business obligations. Anushka was pictured lifting her hips off the ground in the most recent selfie she shared while seated on a yoga mat.

Anushka was doing yoga in a room with enormous glass windows, with Vamika’s soft toys and indoor slides visible in the backdrop. A fan responded to her post by saying, “Wow.” One more person wrote, “Nicely done. Although it appears simple, doing it is very difficult. Excellent work, Anushka ma’am.” The actor was described as “very flexible” by one fan and as “a diligent mum” by another.

Cricket player Jhulan Goswami is a character that Anushka plays in her upcoming Netflix film Chakda Xpress. Anushka’s most recent performance was in the Netflix movie Qala, where she sang a song and made a surprise cameo.
