Prince Harry referred to his brother Prince William as his “arch foe” in his bombshell new biography Spare, it was reported today that

All eyes are on The Duke of Sussex after leaked excerpts from his upcoming book were published, in which he accused Prince William of physically hitting him after they discussed Meghan Markle.

In a preview of his interview with Good Morning America, which will air on Monday, Harry, 38, addressed his strained relationship with his sibling.

A presenter is heard addressing Harry in a teaser: “There’s a quote in the book where you refer to your brother as your ‘beloved brother and arch nemesis’. Strong words”.

Although Harry’s response is not displayed, he is seen waving his hands and nodding with a solemn expression on his face.

The reputed news source published an excerpt from the book before the Sun discovered a copy for sale in a Spanish bookstore, despite the stringent pre-launch security.

In it, Harry alleges that he was physically abused by his brother in a quarrel and that he and the Princess of Wales pushed him to dress up as a Nazi at a fancy dress party in 2005.

“William called me another name, then came at me. It all happened so fast. So very fast. He grabbed me by the collar, ripping my necklace, and he knocked me to the floor.

The book also reveals that the brothers’ nicknames are Willy and Harold, and that their father pleaded after the Duke of Edinburgh’s funeral: “Please, boys. Don’t make my final years a misery.”

Harry claimed William came to his Kensington Palace cottage to discuss “the whole rolling calamity” of their relationship and press battles, but was already “piping hot” when he entered.

William went on to call Meghan “difficult”, “rude” and “abrasive”, claims Harry – before allegedly saying he was trying to help and Harry replying: “Are you serious? Help me? Sorry – is that what you call this? Helping me?”

The comment, according to the duke, enraged William, who reportedly swore while stepping toward him, leading Harry to retreat to the kitchen.

“Willy, I can’t speak to you when you’re like this,” Harry writes, handing his brother a glass of water.

He then claimed William called him another name before “coming at me” and that everything happened “extremely quickly” before the alleged physical incident.

The duke says that William urged him to fight back, citing childhood conflicts, but he resisted, and William departed before returning and apologizing.

According to Harry, William informed him he didn’t need to tell “Meg” about this and added, “I didn’t attack you, Harold.”

The duke says he did not tell Meghan straight afterward but did phone his therapist and subsequently revealed to his wife what occurred when she noticed the “scrapes and bruises”.
