Prince William is “absolutely horrified’ by Prince Harry’s attacks

The Duke of Sussex made multiple claims against the Royal Family, and Prince William has acknowledged that it is doubtful that his relationship with Prince Harry will be saved.

After Harry’s memoir, Spare, was released, a royal insider reportedly claimed that the Prince of Wales accepted “the fact he’s lost his little brother and quite possibly for life.”

In the book, the Duke criticises his elder brother frequently, charging that he has damaged his public persona and has not accepted the couple’s first wife, Meghan Markle.

The royal insider said: “William is absolutely horrified by all of this. He doesn’t even recognise his own brother anymore.

“He wants to believe that there’s still hope for peace down the line but it’s hard. The fact Harry has been so rude and insulting towards him, his wife, his father and the monarchy as a whole is just terrible and he doesn’t see how Harry can possibly come back into the fold in any capacity now.”

Speaking to US Weekly, the source added: “At this point he’s got no plans to speak to Harry, he’s come to terms with the fact he’s lost his little brother and quite possibly for life.”

Since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced their intention to retire as senior working royals, the brothers’ relationship has undoubtedly been strained.
