In spite of Prince Harry, his younger brother, and Meghan Markle’s tirades against Prince William and his family, William has proven to be a very intelligent royal.

As the future king raises a family while evading Harry and Meghan’s “grenades,” the Prince of Wales’ response to the Sussexes’ allegations is gaining increasing respect in the UK and the US.

After numerous allegations in Harry’s memoir Spare and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex on Netflix, William is handling the matter in the Sussexes’ backyard in a pretty sane manner.

According to a royal analyst, Americans “respect” the heir to the British throne because of how well he has handled “grenades” that Harry and Meghan have hurled at him in recent months.

“At the end of the day, I think Americans have a lot of respect for the way Prince William has handled the last few months,” US-based royal expert Kinsey Schofield told Express UK.

She added: “He’s lost his grandmother and grandfather. He’s navigating grief while dodging grenades from Montecito [all while] seeing an increase in his responsibilities as the heir.”

Prince William was given new responsibilities when he was made Prince of Wales and first in line for the throne. Now that he has a family of four, William must balance parenting them with getting ready to take over the royal institution.

Schofield said: “Additionally, his focus has to be on HIS family. He has three beautiful children that he has committed to bringing up in a loving environment and nothing about what Harry is doing right now aligns with that objective.”
