Sara Ali Khan wore white outfit to the Anant Ambani’s engagement

Sara Ali Khan appeared to be having a great time at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding on Thursday. The actor posted pictures from a Mumbai party attended by Mumbai’s elite and which was attended by a star-studded crowd.

She posed in a white Manish Malhotra outfit alongside the designer, director Karan Johar, and actor Ananya Panday. She also posted an Instagram Story featuring Deepika Padukone in which she referred to her as the best in every way.

The caption of Sara’s Instagram post, which included several images from the engagement, read: “All white (white heart emojis) All night (dizzy symbol and half moon emojis).”

She posed for the first picture at the engagement party alongside the fashion designer Manish, Karan, and Ananya. In the other pictures, she was interacting with the other partygoers.

Some fans thought Sara was perhaps posing too much. “It’s like Sara just turned into a statue and others posed with her,” an Instagram user wrote.

One person questioned, “Why does it seem like Saara photoshopped herself into every picture (laughing face with tears emoji),” while another did.

In a separate Instagram Story, she posted a picture of herself with Deepika, tagged her, and added red heart emojis. “You’re just #1 in every way!” Sara wrote.

Sara was seen embracing her in the picture. Deepika wore a red sari and an emerald and pearl necklace to the event, which she attended with her husband, the actor Ranveer Singh.

Simmba, directed by Rohit Shetty, featured Sara and Ranveer as co-stars (2018). Designer Suneet Varma posted a picture of Deepika posing and hanging out with mental health counsellor Aanandita Vaghani on his Instagram Story.

The latest appearance of Sara, who is the daughter of actors Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, was in the Disney+ Hotstar movie Atrangi Re with Akshay Kumar and Dhanush.

She has the historical drama Ae Watan Mere Watan from Prime Video, as well as Gaslight and an untitled Vicky Kaushal film, on her schedule for the upcoming year.

She also shared a brief clip with her hair team from inside her vanity van on Friday, along with announcing on her Instagram Story that she had started filming for her first shoot of 2023.
