Amitabh recalls a rodent ‘climbing into his pants’ while watching a movie in the theater

Amitabh Bachchan, a seasoned actor, posted a photo of himself from his film Do Aur Do Panch on Instagram. On Wednesday, Do Aur Do Panch celebrated 43 years since its debut. Shashi Kapoor, Parveen Babi, and Lalita Pawar were among the actors in the movie. He also related how, when he was watching a movie in a theater, a “rat climbed in his pants.” He said that his “bell bottom” pants were to blame for this. Many followers responded to his humorous event on the post.

Amitabh wore a denim jacket and bell-bottom slacks in the photo. He posed for the camera while standing in a bush and giving a threatening expression. “43 years of 2+2 = 5 ; Do aur Do Panch.. what fun this film was.. bell bottoms and all!!!,” he commented beside the photo when sharing it on Instagram. Err, the bell bottoms were quite inviting back then. I went to a movie theater and, thanks to the bell bottom (laughing emojis), a rat got into my pants.

One of his followers responded to the photo by writing, “Old is gold #90s look #amitabh bachchan great.” “Absolute style icon gentleman,” remarked another admirer. Still the same charisma you have, sir, said another devotee. Do you still wear bell bottoms, as a fan inquired, “Ab aap nhi pehnte ho bell bottom pants”?

Rakesh Kumar was the film’s director, and Sandow M. M. A. Chinnappa Thevar was in charge of production. It became available in February 1980. Hema Malini, Kader Khan, Om Prakash, and Shreeram Lagoo were among the actors who starred.

Recently, Amitabh appeared in the family-friendly movie Uunchai with Anupam Kher, Parineeti Chopra, and Boman Irani. Danny Denzongpa, Neena Gupta, and Sarika also starred in the movie. The publication date was November 11, 2022. Fans responded favorably to the movie. Sunil Gandhi wrote the script, while Sooraj Barjatya, Mahaveer Jain, and Natasha Malpani Oswal produced it.

Amitabh will next be seen alongside Deepika Padukone in the adaptation of The Intern. Along with Deepika and Prabhas, he is a part of Project K. It is scheduled to come out in 2023 and features Disha Patani, Dulquer Salmaan, and Anushka Shetty.
