Pyaar Hota Kayi Baar Hai from the song Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar
In the latest track from Luv Ranjan’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, Ranbir Kapoor returns to his cabaret persona. Fans of the actor, who were missing him as a romantic hero, have reason to rejoice after the song Pyaar Hota Kayi Baar Hai was released on Friday. Ranbir’s character in the song argues that falling in love more than once is worthwhile.
Ranbir dons a glittering black jacket and flashes his polished movements on the dance floor in the Arijit Singh and Pritam-composed dance piece, which encourages everyone to fall in love more than once. The song, which was written by Amitabh Bhattacharya, has the phrase, “If you fell in love once, then why did you fall in love at all?” to which Ranbir responds that love is meant to happen many times.
Actor Anubhav Bassi, who co-stars with Kapoor in the movie, is also featured in the song. In this song, Ranbir’s dancing and loving persona are highly reminiscent of Badtameez Dil from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Additionally, fans enthusiastically commented on the similarity between the music videos of the two songs. One remark stated, “Ranbir dances so gracefully. When he’s dancing, you can’t take your eyes off of him. Another said, “Ranbir dancing amazingly well with excellent expressions (fire emoticon) and as always Arijit Singh crushed it with his lovely voice (heart emoticon) Just loved it! Also after a long time, Ranbir is on a dance floor again (Last was Badtameez Dil).”
Additionally, several comments applauded Arijit for his versatility as a singer and noted that every time he provided voiceovers for Ranbir Kapoor, something beautiful transpired on screen. It doesn’t matter if it’s “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil,” “Channa Merey,” or “Sooraj Duba hain.” This is certainly a new age disco, another fan commented. As a new generation singer, I’m curious how Arijit Singh’s voice fits on this. Is he really a man of the old or new school?
After Tere Pyaar Mein, which was also sung by Arijit Singh, this is the second song from the movie. In Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, Ranbir will appear opposite Shraddha Kapoor for the first time. The publication date is March 8, 2023. Ranbir’s most recent appearance was in the 2022 box office juggernaut Brahmastra, directed by Ayan Mukerji. Shraddha, on the other hand, had a special appearance in Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya before that.
