At Oscars 2023, Ram Charan says, “my baby is bringing us so much luck”

At the 2023 Oscars, RRR won Best Original Song for Naatu Naatu. The 95th Academy Awards were held in Los Angeles, and RRR’s Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Konidela were there. The soon-to-be parents exclaimed that their unborn child was “bringing us luck” as they strolled down the red carpet. Prior to Naatu Naatu winning the Best Song Oscar in 2023, Ram Charan and Upasana talked with the host as they walked the red carpet.

The celebrity wife remarked, “I am here to support Ram. I am here as a part of the RRR family. I am nervous and shaking a bit. This is really amazing.” Ram also, added, “She is pregnant as well. Six months… I think the baby is bringing us so much luck.”

Ram Charan and Upasana turned attention at the 2023 Oscars with their elegant Indian outfits. They chose a traditional appearance in an effort to stay true to their Indian heritage. Ram’s wife kept things simple and endearing in a saree, while he looked dapper as usual in black Indo-western clothes. The choker and characteristic medallion brooches that Charan wears to highlight his Alluri Seetharama Raju character from the SS Rajamouli directed film.

Ram Charan mentioned his excitement about fatherhood for the first time a few days ago while he was promoting RRR’s Oscars in the US. The performer stated, “I think we are really happy. All of us are doing well in our lives, professionally and personally. We are seeing a new dimension. To add more people to our life is always beautiful. And my mom and dad are really that happy we are making new addition and this time it’s not a dog.”

Ram Charan and Upasana have been happily married for ten years and are expecting their first child shortly. The couple recently celebrated their babymoon in the US as well. On the babymoon, Ram Charan spoilt his wife like a devoted husband by taking her shopping, on a long drive, and to the States to see dolphins.
