Our insider reveals that “they had been friends for a very long time” and that “their romance came out of friendship.”

The “Bodies, Bodies, Bodies” co-stars were seen Tuesday while enjoying another trip to Hawaii and showing off their PDA at the 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay on the island of Kauai.

While Davidson, 29, wore a casual bucket hat, a blue sweater, and tan shorts with slides and high Nike socks, Wonders, 26, wore a checkered skirt with a cropped black top and sneakers.

After meeting in 2021 while filming their dark comedy, the actors’ relationship was first described as platonic. But, after a former “Saturday Night Live” cast member’s relationship with Emily Ratajkowski ended in December 2022, that dynamic appeared to change.

During that month, after being spotted together several times in a single week, including at the comedian’s New York City apartment, Davidson and Wonders generated dating rumors.

Nevertheless, Davidson’s representative stated at the time that the two were only “wonderful friends” who “hang out all the time,” and that they were “absolutely not an item.”

Since then, the couple’s vacations to Hawaii appear to have become a favourite activity, as Davidson and Wonders were seen getting intimate on another trip in January.
