Ranbir Kapoor has been actively promoting Tu Jhooti Main Makkaar by Luv Ranjan. The actor recently talked about his daughter Raha Kapoor, who was born in November of last year, in an interview. The ‘amount of excitement and gratitude’ that Ranbir feels about having her in his life, ‘be it any person, any movie, or anything professionally,’ he added, does not compare to anything else, adding that he is’scared to talk about’ his love for her.

In April of last year, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir got married in their Vastu home in Mumbai. At the private ceremony, the couple’s relatives, including their mothers Neetu Kapoor and Soni Razdan, and close friends from the Bollywood industry were present. On November 6, 2022, Alia announced the birth of their daughter via an Instagram post. In a recent interview, Ranbir discussed Raha and his worries about being a parent.

“At the same time when nothing matters any longer, everything still does. It makes you feel so full that I am afraid to even bring it up. Will this fear ever pass through your mind? But deep inside, I know that this is the only thing that will always be with me, even when I pass away. In a recent interview with BBC, Ranbir said of his daughter Raha Kapoor, “I haven’t felt that amount of love, joy, and gratitude towards anything, any person, any movie, or anything professionally.

Alia Bhatt gave a glimpse of a customised quilt of her daughter Raha via Instagram Stories.

Ranbir added that if he weren’t an actor, he wouldn’t mind gaining weight as a father. “I wouldn’t care if I gained weight or whatever if I wasn’t an actor. I believe that everyone ought to be healthy. You should get enough food and rest. But you should also take a moment to relax and have fun. Performers are going hungry (humans). Because they are unable to consume what they want, every actor is dissatisfied. On the outside, everything appears glitzy and cool, but on the inside, we are only hurt,” Ranbir remarked.

The next time we’ll see Ranbir is in Tu Jhooti Main Makkaar with Shraddha Kapoor, which Luv Ranjan will premiere on March 8. His forthcoming projects include Rashmika Mandanna and Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal. The movie, which will be released later this year, also stars Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor.
