Saif Ali Khan rewards auto rickshaw driver for helping him reach hospital

On January 16, 2025, an intruder attacked Saif Ali Khan at his home, leading to his admission to Lilavati Hospital for treatment of his injuries. Auto-rickshaw driver Bhajan Singh Rana transported the actor to the hospital. Recently, Saif met him and gifted him Rs 50,000 as a token of gratitude.

A recent report reveals that Saif Ali Khan thanked Bhajan Singh Rana for getting him to the hospital on time. When the portal asked the auto driver about receiving any money from Saif, he replied that it was something only Saif knew and that he couldn’t discuss it.

Rana added, “I have no demands. If he gives, it is fine; if he doesn’t give, it is fine. I took what he gave.” A source revealed that Saif Ali Khan gave Rs 50,000 to the auto driver as a token of gratitude.

Earlier today, January 22, IANS shared pictures of Saif Ali Khan and Bhajan Singh Rana inside a hospital room. The “Race” actor smiled as he placed his arm around Rana. In an interview with the news agency, the auto driver mentioned that Saif’s family, including his mother, Sharmila Tagore, and his children, were also present during their meeting. He shared that the family treated him with respect, thanked him, and appreciated his help.

Kareena Kapoor Khan and other family members visited Saif Ali Khan regularly at the hospital. He was discharged yesterday and even posed for the paparazzi, smiling and waving at them.

On the work front, Saif Ali Khan has several projects lined up. He is working on “Jewel Thief: The Red Sun Chapter” with producer Siddharth Anand. Pinkvilla exclusively reported that Saif will return to the “Race” franchise and will share the screen with Sidharth Malhotra in “Race 4”.
