Sabrina Carpenter is now officially a Grammy-winning artist after securing the award for Best Pop Vocal Album at the 67th Grammy Awards on Sunday night.

She won for her hit album Short and Sweet, which dominated the summer of 2024. Competing against industry giants like Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, and Taylor Swift, Sabrina’s victory was a major milestone in her career.

Notably, she was the opening act for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, performing alongside her in Latin America, Asia, and Australia. When her win was announced, the cameras captured Taylor cheering enthusiastically in support of her.

The 2025 Grammy Awards celebrate the year’s biggest musical talents, with Beyoncé leading the nominations for her critically acclaimed album Cowboy Carter.

Hosted for the fifth consecutive time by Trevor Noah, the ceremony features performances by Shakira, Billie Eilish, Doechii, Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, and Charli XCX.

A heartfelt tribute to Quincy Jones will be presented by Will Smith, Stevie Wonder, and Janelle Monáe. The Premiere Ceremony opened with a powerful group rendition of Bridge Over Troubled Water, dedicated to the Los Angeles wildfire relief efforts, setting a more reflective tone for the night.
