Veteran Music Composer Vanraj Bhatia passes away at 93

Renowned music composer Vanraj Bhatia passed away at the age of 93.

He created the scores for many films as well as television shows. Vanraj Bhatia passes away on Friday in the morning, he was in Mumbai at his residence.

Vanraj Bhatia was known for his iconic music and composing, the music composer had composed 7,000 advertising jingles. He created the scores for many films as well as television shows.

Vanraj Bhatia, a noted music composer of his time, was living a tough life at the age of 92. The composer who gave music for several films such as ‘’Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro’’, is living alone with his domestic help and has put his crockery and other artefacts on sale for survival.

His demise has shocked the entertainment industry as many have extended their condolences to the family. He was born on May 31, 1927, in Mumbai and studied at the Royal Academy of Music in London and the Paris Conservatory.
