Kareena Kapoor Khan’s latest advertisement has enraged the internet. The actress, who also happens to be the face of a jewellery line, recently shared a photo. In which she is advertising the important Hindu festival of Akshaya Tritiya. Kareena is dressed in a glistening lehenga with gold jewellery. However, there is no bindi on her forehead, which has enraged the Twitterati. Several social media users even called for a boycott of the brand and mocked Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Recently, Akshay Kumar found himself in hot water for endorsing a tobacco brand. Fans of the star blasted him for promoting the product. Prompting Akshay to break all ties. He quickly distanced himself from the tobacco company and apologised to his followers.
“I am sorry,” Akshay said in a social media statement. I’d like to apologise to all of my supporters and well-wishers. I’ve been tremendously impacted by your reaction over the last few days.
