Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor visits construction site of their new home

On Monday, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt were spotted at their brand-new Mumbai residence, Krishna Raj. The brand-new parents and their team could be seen touring the location. Ranbir could be seen taking pictures with his phone of their under-construction home. Whereas Alia appeared to be taking notes, offering feedback, and giving instructions. It was announced that the family would move into the new Bandra home in November, after Alia gave birth to Raha Kapoor, who is the daughter of Alia and Ranbir. Ranbir and Alia continue to reside with Raha at his Vastu home, where the actors were married in April of this year, despite the fact that construction is still going on there.

On Monday, a paparazzo account on Instagram posted a video of Alia and Ranbir Kapoor from their new residence. The actors were seen inspecting the property while standing on a higher floor. Ranbir wore a white top and grey pants with a cap, while new mom Alia went all-black. In response to the video, one fan referred to Alia and Ranbir’s house as “a fort.” One more person commented, “Beautiful parents.”

It was previously reported that their brand-new, eight-story dream home would have an indoor pool, offices, lots of parking, and more. Ranbir and Alia will reportedly reside with their daughter Raha on one of the floors, while Ranbir’s mother, actor Neetu Kapoor, will reportedly live on the lower floors. It was also said that Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Ranbir’s sister, would receive her own floor, where she would be able to reside whenever she visited Mumbai with her husband, Bharat Sahni, and their daughter, Samara Sahni. Riddhima relocated to Delhi after getting married.

In April of this year, Alia and Ranbir got married in Vastu. At the private ceremony, the couple’s family, including their mothers Neetu Kapoor and Soni Razdan, and close friends from the Bollywood industry were present. On November 6, Alia made their daughter’s birth public. The actor announced his pregnancy on Instagram with a picture of a lion and lioness holding their cub and the caption, “And in the best news of our lives: Our baby is here.. and what a magical girl she is. We are officially bursting with love – blessed and obsessed PARENTS!!!!!”
