A video of Deepika leaving the airport while wearing a straightforward powder blue track suit and white shoes was posted on Instagram by a paparazzi account. She carried a black handbag and wore sunglasses.

Deepika’s admirers praised her understated appearance and proudly welcomed her back to India. On the video “Classy as Always,” a fan left a comment. “Queen Deepika came back after making history,” another person wrote. “Fifa world cup 2022 trophy opening Lady Super Star,” one fan dubbed her. She was also referred to as being “awesome” and “hot.” Another comment read, “One of the best ever stylish actress…. Cuteness… Elegance….. Prettiness overloaded.” What a height, said another comment, “Yar kya height hai yar.”

Iker Casillas and Deepika, who is the global brand ambassador for Louis Vuitton, unveiled the trophy at the FIFA World Cup 2022 final. The trophy trunk for the World Cup was made specifically by the Louis Vuitton trunk company. Using the same brand, she also created a quirky brown jacket to wear over a white and black outfit.

Later, she watched the Argentina-winning final with Ranveer, making the retiring footballer Messi the highlight of the occasion. Ranveer shared several images and videos from their time in the stadium along with praise for Deepika on his Instagram Stories. Sharing the video of Deepika unveiling the trophy, he was heard saying “Meri trophy (my trophy).” He also shared a picture with her with the caption, “Asli trophy toh mere haath mein hai (the real trophy is with me). So glad & grateful that we witnessed this together.”
