Sonam Kapoor shares new pic of Harshvardhan Kapoor and Vayu

Actress Sonam Kapoor has shown her newborn son Vayu Kapoor Ahuja interacting with his actor uncle Harshvardhan Kapoor. On Friday, Sonam shared a photo of Vayu Kapoor Ahuja lying on Harshvardhan’s arm on Instagram. The actor was sitting on a couch with Vayu perched on a cushion in his lap.

The toddler’s face was turned away from the camera, thus Vayu’s face was not visible in the photo. While seeing the new photo of his nephew, Harshvardhan Kapoor grinned. In the distance, a trolley, bottles in a plastic box, and a wardrobe could be seen. Harshvardhan is wearing a purple T-shirt and pink shorts in the photo. In addition to white slacks and grey socks, Vayu was wearing a green T-shirt.

Sharing the picture, Sonam captioned the post, “(nazar amulet emoji) @harshvarrdhankapoor Vayu loves you you’re the best mama.. #nephew #mamalove.” Karishma Boolani, the sister of Karan Boolani, added red heart and nazar amulet emojis to the image. The best baby and the finest uncle, said one follower, while another added, “Now that’s an awwwww moment.”

Through her Instagram photos, Sonam has been providing peeks of Vayu to her followers. She recently travelled to Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah to take part in the Red Sea International Film Festival. She had claimed to be posting a video. “I’m going to miss him so much. I’m very nervous to leave him behind even if it is just for a day. He is with my mom and my sister so I am not that stressed. I am literally going for 20 hours. I have figured out a way to leave in the morning and come back.”

On August 20, Sonam and her husband, businessman Anand Ahuja, welcomed their son. Sonam had shared a note announcing the baby’s birth, which said, “On 20.08.2022, we welcomed our beautiful baby boy with bowed heads and hearts. Thank you to all of the doctors, nurses, friends and family who have supported us on this journey. It’s only the beginning but we know our lives are forever changed…”

Sonam’s next appearance will be in the upcoming criminal thriller Blind, an official Hindi version of Ahn Sang-2011 hoon’s blockbuster of the same name in Korea. The movie has yet to have its official release date announced. Her most recent appearance was in the 2019 film The Zoya Factor. She also appeared in a cameo in the 2020 Netflix film AK vs. AK, directed by Anil Kapoor and written by Anurag Kashyap.
