Akshay Kumar equates marriage to ‘maut ka kuan’ in a witty post
Actor Akshay Kumar recently took his wife, author-turned-actress Twinkle Khanna, and their kids, son Aarav and daughter Nitara, to the circus. On Monday, Akshay posted a video to Instagram as the family was watching an act called “maut ka kuan.” Stuntmen perform this trick by accelerating their cars or motorcycles into nearly vertical wells.
Akshay could be seen watching from the audience while someone rode a bike within a sphere in the footage. When Twinkle Khanna asked what it was called, Akshay responded, “Maut ka kuan,” sitting next to him. Akshay responded by asking, “What?” while once more glancing at the camera. The actor sported a cap and a yellow T-shirt.
Kumar shared the video with the following caption: “Got my family to watch the good old circus yesterday. Wife asked me what this act is called. I wish I could say ‘marriage’ (winking face with tongue emoji) #MautKaKuan.” Reacting to the post, RJ Anmol commented, “Akki Bhaai, agar aapne marriage keh diya hota- toh maut ke kuen mein aapko pata hai kon hota (Had you said marriage, then you know who would have been in maut ka kuan).”
