Satish Kaushik’s dream to be fit before his death
Satish Kaushik suffered a heart attack and passed dead on March 8—the 66-year-old director and actor. Kaushik had discussed how being active and fit were prerequisites for a career in film in an unpublished interview with a news portal.
Satish mentioned that he posted some videos of himself exercising on social media. It is his duty to get in shape. He disclosed that the video has over a million views and a large number of likes and comments. That served as a major driving force, he told Hindustan Times.
In order to act, direct, and run his business, Kaushik continued, it was crucial for him to get in shape. The director admitted that he still needs to lose weight after having reduced eight kilograms in three weeks. He also mentioned that he had done it in the past.
He continued by saying that he eventually felt the need to remake himself. He claims that he does this in order to modernize himself and keep up with today’s generation.
In the course of his long and illustrious career, he went on to work in a number of movies, including Mr. India, Deewana Mastana, Brick Lane, Saajan Chale Sasural, and many others. He has helmed films like Tere Naam, Prem, Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain, and Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja.
