Sonam Kapoor & Anand Ahuja host Mother’s Day party

Since embracing fatherhood last year, Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja have been ecstatic. Vayu, their son, was born to them in August 2022.

Yesterday was Sonam’s first Mother’s Day in the UK, and her husband Anand Ahuja made the day extra-special for her. Along with a touching Instagram message, he showered her with gifts. Sonam posted many images on her Instagram stories to show her balloon-decorated room and the word “Mama” inscribed on her bed. In addition, Sonam and Anand celebrated Mother’s Day with other mothers by hosting a meal at their London home.

Sonam Kapoor reposted the story, and the images show us what was on the menu and how beautiful Sonam’s home was decorated. In one of the photos, the dinner table is adorned with lovely floral arrangements and yellow tapered candles.“Pretty chic dinner endings at Sonam’s table,” according to the picture’s description. The room is embellished with a few balloons and a large painting that is hung on the wall.

The menu was revealed in another Instagram post, and it featured a number of upscale meals like pan-roasted sea bass with golden beets, beurre noisette, finely sliced fennel, and apple, chicken ballotine with tarragon, prunes, and creamy leek gratin, Roasted hispi cabbage, among others. Sonam and Anand were “Sonam and Anand taking Mother’s Day to another level,” according to the caption. Look at the images below.

On Mother’s Day, Anand made a special article specifically for Sonam in which he said, “I have to admit, and Sonam can verify, that emotional / social awareness is not really a strength of mine. As a result, it’s really taken me seeing what @sonamkapoor has done over the past 17 months (and actually even longer) in ensuring the best emotional and physical health of herself and our baby to really understand the levels of commitment and selflessness it takes to be a full time mom.” He praised her dedication to motherhood and sent her a Mother’s Day greeting.“Oh wow…. I love you so much…. don’t know what to say.”
