Britney Spears and Sam Asghari were granted a restraining order against her ex Jason Alexander
- Britney Spears and her new husband Sam Asghari obtained a restraining order against her ex, Jason Alexander.
- He was arrested at their wedding venue hours before the ceremony.
- Jason was charged with trespassing, vandalism and battery in connection to the incident.
The newlyweds were given an emergency protective order against Jason, who was previously married to Britney in 2004, according to court documents acquired, after the 40-year-old was arrested at their wedding location on June 9. Until the order expires on June 17, Jason must stay at least 100 yards away from Britney and Sam, as well as the pop star’s Los Angeles home, according to the documents.
According to arrest documents Jason was charged with trespassing, vandalism, and violence in connection with the incident. He was scheduled on Thursday night, just hours after he turned up unannounced at Britney and Sam’s modest wedding.
Jason showed himself arriving at the site in an Instagram Live that was screen-recorded by social media users and was overheard telling a staffer there: “Because no one else is here but Sam, I’ve come to crash the wedding. What happened to the family?”
