Britney’s ex-husband Jason Alexander seemed to crash her wedding site without an invitation-only hours before she is set to marry fiancé Sam Asghari on June 9.

Jason was spotted recording as he arrived at the site where Britney was anticipated to say “I do” in an Instagram Live that was screen-recorded by fans.

He’s overheard telling a venue worker, “I’m her first husband.” “Because no one else is here except Sam, I’ve come to crash the wedding. What happened to the family?”

Jason continued to video while intruding into various portions of the venue. Before staffers approached him, he stated, “So here’s the inside scoop on the bulls—t wedding.” “Don’t touch me with your hands.”

While it’s unknown whether Britney was present at the time, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department acknowledged that authorities responded to a call of a trespass in progress.

When officers arrived on the scene, they contacted Jason and discovered he was wanted on an out-of-county warrant. He was taken into custody and taken to the police station. Deputies are still investigating what happened at the venue and whether or not his actions were illegal, according to police.

PIO Henry Wofford of the Napa County Sheriff Department verified that Jason is wanted. Both counts are felonies, with one of them being grand theft with a value above $400. The second charge is for buying/receiving stolen property, which is a felony. On August 1, 2015, both reported occurrences occurred.

Mathew Rosengart, Britney’s lawyer, told “I’m looking forward to collaborating with law enforcement to ensure he’s prosecuted to the utmost extent possible. This interference irritates me greatly.”

Britney and Jason married in a spur-of-the-moment ceremony in Las Vegas in January 2004. Only 55 hours later, the couple ended things.

After 13 years, Britney’s conservatorship was dissolved in November 2021. Since then, the pop star has kept a small circle of friends and family close to her while she arranged her wedding in discreetly.

Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, the superstar singer’s children with ex Kevin Federline, will not be present on her big day, according to the source.
