Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen ‘nasty’ divorce: they are prepared for combat

 In the midst of their divorce, insiders claim that things between Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen are becoming “nasty.” According to an exclusive report, Bündchen has retained Florida’s top divorce attorney to take on Brady as the two appear to be making their way to the finish zone.

Managing partner of the law firm Sasser, Cestero & Roy, Tom Sasser, was reportedly hired by Bündchen, according to insiders.

Tiger Woods’ divorce from Elin Nordegren was one of many high-profile cases the West Palm Beach divorce lawyer handled.

Additionally, Jeff Gordon’s acrimonious divorce from their wife Brooke in 2003, which erupted into a dispute over the NASCAR driver’s wealth but was ultimately resolved, was handled by Sasser.

According to a source, Tom and Gisele are at odds with one another because of the attorneys. They are prepared to battle.

“Tom and Gisele want joint custody; they are not at odds over the children. To divide their vast fortune and property, however, will take some time, the source continued.

Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9, are shared by Bündchen, 42, and Brady, 45. Jack, 15, is Brady’s child from a previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan.

Following an intense argument, as we previously reported, Brady and Bündchen have been living separately for the past few months. They are now considering dividing their multimillion-dollar fortune.

“I don’t think there will be any coming back now. They both have lawyers and are looking at what a split will entail, who gets what and what the finances will be,” said a source.

Following Brady’s decision to resume playing football, Bündchen and Brady’s 13-year marriage fell apart.

Despite declaring his retirement in February, we heard that the couple had an “epic” argument in September over his inability to call it quits on his job.
