Kim Kardashian lists her spare Hidden Hills home once more for $7 million

• Six months after purchasing one of her homes in Southern California, Kim Kardashian has decided to sell it.
• The go-to realtor for the Kardashian-Jenner family, Tomer Fridman of Compass, has the 1970s split-level listed for $7 million close to the mogul’s main complex in Hidden Hills.
• The 4,239 square foot, four-bedroom, five-bathroom house is bordered by horse paths and is situated on an acre of land.

Six months after purchasing one of her homes in Southern California, Kim Kardashian has decided to sell it. The go-to realtor for the Kardashian-Jenner family, Tomer Fridman of Compass, has the 1970s split-level listed for $7 million close to the mogul’s main complex in Hidden Hills.

The 42-year-old member of the Kardashian family originally paid $6.3 million for the house just six months ago, but it appears that she has changed her mind about this particular piece of property because she is now asking for $700,000 more than she paid.

The 4,239 square foot, four-bedroom, five-bathroom house is bordered by horse paths and is situated on an acre of land. Both the main bedroom and the den have fireplaces inside, and the latter also has a wet bar.

There are many possibilities for storing a variety of vehicles, other motorized toys, and of course, horses in the on-site stables thanks to the gated driveway, three-car garage, and motor court.

The listing is only the most current in a string of recent real estate transactions, however, it’s unknown what the mother of four had in mind for the house before opting to let it go.

Kardashian bought a brand-new Malibu mansion in September, but a source told the press at the time that she planned to keep her primary $60 Hidden Hills home.

“A beach house is all that the Malibu home is. She won’t be selling her home in Hidden Hills “they claimed.

According to a second insider, Kanye’s home is not far from the Hidden Hills residence, and this is another way for her to maintain her independence. West bought a home across the street from Kardashian’s primary abode in 2021.
