Bosworth and Long, both 44, were pictured in the opening image of the post leaning in together and grinning at the camera. The couple wore white shirts over matching checkered long sleeve button-downs. Bosworth additionally wore a vivid yellow fishing cap.

In a another picture of the pair posing outside under a tree with apples lying around their feet, Bosworth was wearing the same hat. Both Bosworth and Long wore comfortable, casual attire, with Bosworth donning a black sweater and tights with a black and white striped shirt underneath.

The Blue Crush actress also shared pictures of Long she had taken when they were together, including one of him beaming as he hugged his dog and another of him smiling while paddling a boat on a lake.

The images were interspersed with pictures of the trees changing colours, Bosworth holding apple butter for Thanksgiving, and a view of a lake at dusk.

Following the release of an Instagram image showing the couple on a date in Ireland, Long revealed their relationship in May. When they were seen walking arm in arm in New York City and kissing in Hawaii, relationship suspicions about them began to circulate.

Since then, the couple has gradually disclosed more information about their relationship to the public. In June, Bosworth shared a series of private images of the couple throughout their relationship along with a loving birthday card to her boyfriend.

She wished Justin a happy birthday and added, “You make me smile so big my face hurts.” “I want to thank you for bringing me peace ever since the day we met.”

In April, Long spoke to Nick Viall on his podcast The Viall Files about his connection with the actress and explained why he initially felt the need to keep it a secret.
