‘Happiness Is Everything’ Billy Ray and Firerose after Engagement

• Billy Ray Cyrus recently got married.
• On Wednesday, the Australian singer-songwriter Firerose and the country music artist simply wrote the phrase “Happiness is everything” in a joint Instagram post to their followers.
• The newly engaged couple posed outside, with Cyrus wearing a dark green denim shirt and Firerose wearing a pink and white plaid top.

Hannah Montana co-star Mitchel Musso expressed his affection for the couple by leaving a string of red heart emojis in the post’s comments.

The couple confirmed engagement rumours earlier in November, saying it came as a surprise after spending time together.

The 34-year-old Firerose said, “We were spending every minute of every day together and really just enjoying each other’s company, producing together, and laughing.

They first connected while filming Hannah Montana, and after the Disney Channel show ended in 2011, they remained in touch. Their debut song together, “New Day,” was released in July 2021.

He and Firerose “grew close while working on music together,” a source , adding that they started dating after his relationship with his ex-wife Tish Cyrus ended. The newly engaged couple has not revealed when their relationship became official.

He and his wife Tish, 55, have three kids: son Braison, 28, daughter Miley, 30, and Noah, 22. The Doc actor also took in Brandi, 35, and Trace, 33, Tish’s children from a previous marriage.

In April, Tish filed for divorce.
