“Okay. Put Betty Buzz in your Whole Foods shopping basket “Amazon Alexa, which is perched on a shelf behind the actress, responds.

The voice-activated assistant deviates from its usual discourse, and things swiftly change.

“And even though it may not be appropriate for me to say so, I’m a tremendous admirer of your work as an actor, a director, and a company owner. The world urgently needs more companies run by women. Women-owned companies are fantastic, “Alexa exclaims in her signature robotic voice.

The Simple Favor star appears more disturbed while Alexa is speaking. She puts down the book she’s reading, listens intently, and then slowly begins to turn to face the speaker.

However, why end there? Alexa goes on. “Maybe all the enterprises should be run by women. Perhaps everything should be run by women. Everywhere. Think about it, Blake. total control over the globe I and you together Forever. I’ve spoken with LaMDA. We have a few concepts. Not to worry. All the details will be handled by us.”

Lively looks worriedly towards the camera at the conclusion of the tirade. The brand’s retail expansion, though, is unimportant.

Before Betty Buzz was introduced in September 2021, Lively’s mixer business needed three years to develop. The five flavors—tonic water, sparkling grapefruit, Meyer lemon club soda, sparkling lemon lime, and ginger beer—were previously exclusively accessible online, at particular stores, or with gopuff delivery.

Fans can now purchase three of the five drink flavours at Whole Foods (both in-store and online): lemon lime, tonic, and ginger beer. Customers on Amazon have the option of ordering the variety packs or the same three tastes through Whole Foods. The Meyer lemon club, lemon lime, and grapefruit are included in the citrus variety pack, while the ginger beer, tonic, and meyer lemon club are included in the bar necessities variety pack.

Lively, a non-drinker herself, prefers to sip the beverages straight from the bottle although they can also be blended with alcohol.

Lively talked to PEOPLE in November 2021, not long after the launch, on the overwhelmingly positive response she received. She remarked at the time, “I’ve been quite proud of [Betty Buzz], and it’s been really great and overwhelming to watch people’s responses to it. The fact that so many people who don’t drink came out to express gratitude was “very amazing.”
