Kim Kardashian says she is ready to having more children

Kim Kardashian is still open to having more kids and even getting married again in the future. The Kardashians star and mother of four, 42, said “fourth time’s a charm” when it comes to marriage and “whatever’s meant to be” when it comes to having additional children during an appearance on the Goop podcast on Wednesday.

The 50-year-old Paltrow stated at the start of the hour-long interview that she is “very interested” in how Kardashian operates on the inside rather than the “response of the public” to her.

Paltrow directly inquired about the SKIMS founder’s future marriages while they were discussing marriage and having children. (Kardashian has been married three times and has four kids with her ex-husband Kanye West: boys Saint, 7, and Psalm, 2, as well as daughters North, 9, and Chicago, who turns 5 next month.

“I don’t know,” Kardashian said at first, agreeing with Paltrow that she’s “such a romantic.” She went on to admit, “I am. I am. I have this fantasy in my head, like fourth’s time’s a charm, it’s gonna — it’s gonna work out.”

Kardashian and contentious musician West, 45, recently finalized their extremely public divorce. In August, she also called it quits with Pete Davidson, a former cast member of Saturday Night Live.

The reality star previously wed music producer Damon Thomas from 2000 to 2004 and Kris Humphries from 2011 to 2013; however, she filed for divorce from the 37-year-old former NBA player just 72 days after their wedding.

“I feel, like honestly, my last marriage was my first real [one] — the first one, I just don’t know what was happening,” Kardashian told Paltrow. “The second one, I felt like I wanted to be married so badly because all my friends were at that place and that’s where I should have been, and I didn’t accept that that just wasn’t where I was and realized that that was okay.”

“And now, I feel like I would definitely take my time — and I would be okay for a forever partnership as well,” she added. “I would want a marriage, but I’m so happy to take my time.”

Kardashian has a “never say never” attitude when it comes to wanting more children. The four kids’ mother added, “I’d have to have someone in my life for a while before I could decide that, and I’m obviously right at the end of that dialogue. Whatever is intended to happen will.”

“I’m taking my time. I really do want to be single for a few years,” Kardashian added.

For the time being, the businesswoman claims that despite just attempting to “concentrate, chill, and go on ski vacations” with her children, she feels as though she must deal with the “narratives” that have been built about her.

“I don’t know how to get myself out of the narrative — and just keep my head down and stay focused,” she said as Paltrow commended her non-reactive personality and the fact that she’s a “free thinker.”
