Ciara and Russell Wilson carol for hospitalized kids

• Children’s Hospital Colorado children received a wonderful surprise from Ciara and Russell Wilson.
• The Grammy-winner, 37, and the NFL player, 34, visited the hospital’s Seacrest Studios.
• On tuesday and spent time with the kids there.

Ciara and Russell Wilson  invited the children to join them as they sang seasonal favourites like “Jingle Bell Rock” and “Deck the Halls” during their stay.

The celebrations were live streamed into the patients’ rooms for those who couldn’t attend in person. In addition to singing carols, the couple read their book Why Not You? to the children and participated in a photo meet & greet. The “Like a Boy” singer and Wilson appeared to be excited in a shared video before entering.

“We’re going to engage in my favourite yearly activity. The “My Goodies” will sing a few carols with the children to spread some holiday cheer “says the singer.

She will perform the singing, and I will perform the cheerleading, Wilson continues.

The couple’s family of five, which consists of their two children, Sienna Princess, 5, and Win Harrison, 2, as well as the singer’s Future Zahir, 8, whom she shares with her ex-fiancé Future, gathered for Thanksgiving last month. Ciara wished fans a happy Thanksgiving in a video montage on Instagram that included instances from their day.

Early in 2015, Ciara and Wilson started dating. They were wed in July 2016, just over a year later. The musician spoke with PEOPLE in June about the family’s “new chapter” in Denver following Wilson’s signing of a sensational NFL trade that brought an end to his ten years with the Seattle Seahawks.

Regarding their new life in Colorado, she remarked, “So far, Denver’s been incredible.

Even Ciara gets ideas from her football hubby. He’s really unique, she added. “Most importantly, I think, is that I’m eager for Russ to begin this new phase of his career. He is in his eleventh year. He has been incredibly fortunate to have the first 10 years rock.”
