The year 2022 fulfilled a desire for Jennifer Lopez. With Ben Affleck, the singer presented a video compilation of her greatest memories from the previous year.

One of the best years yet was 2022! I can’t wait for all that’s going to happen in the upcoming year,” wrote 53-year-old Lopez in the post’s caption on Sunday, January 1. The hitmaker revealed previously unseen images of her green diamond proposal ring and the dresses she wore to tie the knot with Affleck, 50, in the video.

In one photo, she was wearing the gorgeous lace Zuhair Murad gown she wore to wed the Gone Girl actor in July 2022 in Las Vegas. The singer of “All I Have” also donned a stunning Alexander McQueen dress that evening, and it had a special significance.

The actress confirmed the wedding via her On the JLo email, saying, “I’ve had this dress for so many years and I’ve just been saving it, saving it, saving it, and now I’m wearing it on my wedding day.”

She also gave glimpses of the Ralph Lauren dress she wore at her and Affleck’s second wedding, which took place at the Argo director’s Savannah, Georgia, mansion, in August 2022, in her 2022 review.

The performer wowed in a “chandelier pearl” gown for the show’s finale, which the designer claimed had “thousands of cascading strings of pearls.” For his part, Affleck looked sharp in a traditional tuxedo by Ralph Lauren that had a cream dinner jacket and black double-pleated trousers.

After meeting on the production of their film Gigli, the Hustlers actress, and the Justice League actor were previously engaged from 2002 until 2004. They had originally planned to tie the knot in September 2003, but they postponed the celebration because of “heavy media attention.” They separated after four months.

Following Lopez’s breakup with her ex-fiance Alex Rodriguez, the twosome reconnected in 2021. The Good Will Hunting screenwriter and the Shades of Blue alumnus, who was previously married to Jennifer Garner, made their relationship Instagram public in July 2021. The following April, Affleck proposed once more. (Lopez and her ex-husband Marc Anthony share twins Max and Emme, all 14 years old. While Garner, 50, is the mother of Affleck’s son Samuel, 10, and Garner’s daughters Violet, 17, and Seraphina, 13.

The couple honeymooned in Paris to celebrate their marriage, which Lopez gushed over in her end-of-year slideshow. Before their first holiday as husband and wife, Lopez and Affleck hosted a Christmas celebration before the New Year.
