Jessica Chastain has identified her well-known former landlord. As she appeared this week on Watch What Happens Life, the 45-year-old Academy Award winner said that she had rented out Kyle Richards’ Bel Air property before the homeowner’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star Sutton Stracke slept there.

“I’m going to say something for the first time because I don’t even think anyone else is aware. To anchor Andy Cohen, she admitted, “I rented Kyle’s house. That was true before Sutton rented it, I swear.

“And I was unaware of it. It had been selected by my hubby. How do I know this location, I questioned. We also encountered a problem with the movie theatre room. The appearance of [Richards’ husband Mauricio Umansky] “Chastain recalled while giggling.

Despite not recognizing the location right away, Chastain acknowledged that she experienced déjà vu when she first saw the “black and white checkered tiles at the entrance.”

Alexia Umansky, the daughter of Kyle and Mauricio, replied with the weep laughing, and heart emojis after WWHL posted the video on Instagram.

Chastain’s admission comes a year after the couple, after four years on the market, sold the house for $6.1 million through Umansky’s The Agency. In 2017, the family relocated to Encino.

Soon after, Stracke, 51, was given the house by Richards, 53, and Umansky, 52, for a staggering $20,000 a month.

Richards and Umansky also have two more daughters together, Sophia, 22, and Portia, 15. Farrah Brittany, 34, is another child that Richards and her ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie had together.

The new Netflix reality series Buying Beverly Hills, which explores the inner workings of The Agency’s real estate division, is hosted by Mauricio along with Farrah and Alexia. He has discussed the interplay between work and life on the show with the news.

“We’re a very tight, close family, we always have been,” Umansky said in October. “It shows the boss relationship and then the father relationship and how that transfers back and forth. I can tell you I’m a different boss than I am a father. There’s no question about that.”

Netflix is currently offering the first season of Buying Beverly Hills. Season 13 of RHOBH is presently being filmed.
