Keanu Reeves, filming John Wick: Chapter 4 was undoubtedly difficult. The action-thriller franchise’s fourth installment’s lead actor, a Canadian, claims that filming for the picture physically taxed him more than any of his prior performances.

Reeves, 58, said in an interview with Total Film that was released on Monday that “John Wick: Chapter 4 was the hardest physical part I’ve ever had in my career thus far.” “They really gave me the training I needed to have the toolbox,”

The Matrix actor revealed that he also improved his stunt driving abilities for several action-packed scenes shot in Paris, saying, “We pushed the car-driving to the next level, which I really like.”

“There’s 180s, forward-into-reverse 180s, reverse-into-forward 270s, drifting. … So it was really fun to get a chance to learn those skills, and to play,” Reeves added.

Reeves presented his stunt squad with some really kind gifts after the fourth movie’s filming had finished.

At a dinner in Paris in October 2021, the celebrity gave the four-person crew—Bruce Concepcion, Jeremy Marinas, Dave Camarillo, and Li Qiang—individually customized Rolex Submariner watches.

Each watch had a personalized note for each of the Reeves men engraved on the inside.

Marinas revealed his watch on his Instagram Story, calling it the “greatest wrap gift ever” and captioning it, “Jeremy Thank you Keanu JW4 2021.” The watch read, “The John Wick Five.”

On his Instagram Story, Concepcion also posted a picture of his Rolex with the caption, “Got that new new thank you buddy KR.”
