‘Scream VI’ new images teases you to guess who the killer is

You may have played the board game “Guess Who?” as a child, in which you had to guess the identity of the other player’s mystery person by asking questions with “yes” or “no” responses. Now, a brand-new Scream VI commercial challenges you to identify the killer in a parody of the popular kid’s game.

Ghostface, the serial killer who has been portrayed by a different actor in each movie in the franchise, is the enigma. Ghostface might be any of the persons on the cards, as the advertisement suggests. You recognize some of the survivors, including Mindy and Chad, twins who survived Scream V, Tara, the final girl from Scream V, Kirby, the unexpected final girl from Scream 4, Sam, another survivor from Scream V, and Gale, a legacy survivor who dates all the way back to the first Scream movie. You also notice some unfamiliar faces in the group, which makes you uncertain.

Did a survivor finally lose it and adopt Ghostface’s persona? Did one of the fresh faces use the Woodsboro killings as motivation to go on a stabbing rampage? Although we don’t yet know the answers, the promo does a wonderful job of encouraging us to guess who the new Ghostface is.

Since the initial film’s 1996 debut, the Scream franchise has played a significant role in the development of horror film culture. To date, the franchise has generated approximately $740 million in revenue. The slasher genre as a whole was revamped and given new life by Scream, while Randy Meeks’ outdated guidelines for horror were revised (Jamie Kennedy). Scream VI, which is situated in a city as far away from Woodsboro as possible, aims to offer the franchise another fresh start.

Who Are the Scream VI Cast Members?

Scream VI follows the four survivors of the most recent spate of Ghostface killings in Woodsboro as they go for a new beginning in New York City. However, it appears that they are unable to escape their past as a fresh murderer goes on a hack and slash rampage. Melissa Barrera, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Jack Champion, Henry Czerny, Mason Gooding, Liana Liberato, Devyn Nekoda, Jenna Ortega, Dermot Mulroney, Tony Revolori, Josh Segarra, and Samara Weaving are some of the actors who appear in it. Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett are in charge of directing it.
