David Dobrik is being sued for $10 million

YouTuber David Dobrik is being sued for $10 Million dollars by format vlog squad member Jeff Whitick.

According to court documents obtained by sources on June, 23rd Whitaker is suing Dobrick for damages r

Elating to quote general negligence and intentional tort following a near-fatal accident that occurred in June 2020

In the complaint file in Los Angeles California Whitick says due to the actions of Dobrik he has suffered from quot wage loss of hospital and medical and medical expenses and loss of earning capacity.

In whittic’s 2021 youtube documentary series don’t try this at home he shares details behind the incident explaining that he and a group of vloggers decided to place an excavator in a Utah lake and try stunts with it when jeff’s turn David was in the driver’s seat.

Jeff says in the clip ” what’s the worst that could happen if I swing from a rope over a one-foot deep lake yeah and yeah I didn’t know I was gonna go that fast so I grabbed and i tried to make a funny video for people  but this is where I make mistake I forgot that the biggest idiot I know was driving it”

following his video jeff explained what happened when the stunt went wrong ” when I woke up in the hospital I was in a shock I was in a lot of pain I tore some ligaments in my leg I broke my foot I broke my hip I shattered my skull in nine places I shattered my eyes socket I almost lost my eyes and I almost died the only thing you want to do when you wake up in pain is just healed in.

March 2022 Dobrik dressed the incident on his views podcast because at the end of his day ” I was driving it was my video I was one sitting there it’s clear as the day I am the one controlling the thing he got hurt because I was driving that it and I know that I like to take any chance i would get would take back any snd that will be the biggest regret of my entire life i really hope that’s not the moment that I regret as much as that one “
