The United States has demanded the extradition of Prince Andrew, a British prince who had been removed from the royal duties.

Last year, Prince Andrew resigned from his royal duties over his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of sexual harassment with a minor girl.

The United States has demanded Britain to extradite Prince Andrew because of his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.

The U.S. Department of Justice has sent a request to the British Home Department from the Attorney General of Manhattan.

Prince Andrew’s legal team has expressed despair on the US request, but there has been no immediate response from the royal family or the British Home Department.

Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein has been arrested by police in 2019 on charges of raping, blackmailing and sexually assaulting dozens of women, and he committed suicide in prison during the trial.

Prince Andrew was also named in the scandal and was accused of exploiting underage girls provided by Jeffrey.

In November 2019, British royal family issued a statement in which they said Prince Andrew resigned for befriending Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of sexually harassing minors.

He has also been stripped of his salary of  249,000 pounds following his resignation from public office.

American woman, Virginia Roberts, made accusations on British Prince but Prince Andrew had denied the allegations.

Virginia Roberts claimed that the prince had danced with her in a nightclub before lusting after her and that Andrew was drunk at the time.

Britain’s Prince Andrew responded to the allegations and said after the woman’s claim that he does not drink alcohol and that he has a disease that prevents him from sweating.

Virginia Roberts claims that she met the prince in a nightclub and in 2001 when she was 17, the prince lusted after her in a house in London.

The American woman said that the prince had danced with her in a nightclub and they were drenched in sweat, while the prince denied the allegations and said that he had gone to eat pizza with his daughter that night.

The British prince added that he had been shot during the 1982 Falklands War and had been given high doses of adrenaline which prevented him from sweating.
