Riyadh: The body of a citizen who has been missing for 4 days has been recovered from the desert in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
According to media reports, the body of a 40-year-old Saudi man was found in Sujood (prostration) position in the middle of a wide desert in Riyadh.
The reports stated that the man had been missing for the past four days. When he was found, his palms and forehead were sunk in the sand as if he had been in a state of prostration for a long time.
The rescue team shared a video of the man’s car being searched on social media, after which hundreds of users prayed online for his recovery.
According to the report, the Saudi citizen has been identified as Dhuwaihi Hamoud Al-Ajaleen. He had been missing from his home in Wadi Ad-Dawasir for the past four days.
Police have been searching for the 40-year-old man in the desert for the past few days.
Rescue teams had earlier passed a few meters away from Al-Ajaleen’s car in the far-flung desert.
